九創電氣有限公司 開關電源系列產品 開關電源使用說明書 一.輸入 二.輸出 三.安裝,配線,連接 四.安全 五.送修 1.輸入 1.1 輸入電壓 使用前需先確認輸入電源是交流、直流、電壓范圍、輸入切換的方式以及其它外在需配合的 條件。 假如輸入電壓超出使用范圍,將有可能造成電源供應器的損壞,另雖然輸入電壓在使用范圍 內,但輸入電壓波形是失真的波形,電源供應器也有可能無法正常運作。 1.2 輸入電流 標準的電源供應器通常從交流輸入直接整流,而且大部分都是電容濾波,于是就會有無效電 流流經濾波電容。 輸入電流值與輸出功率、輸入電壓、功率因數和效率的關系式是:輸入電流 =輸出功率 /(輸 入電壓 *功率因數 *效率)。 開關電源的功率因數典型值一般介于 0.4~0.6 之間。 1.3 突入電流 當電源加入電源供應器時, 會有峰值電流流經內部的輸入濾波電容器, 這電流稱為 "突入電流 ". 突入電
